10.21.10.20 Confidentiality - Agreement with Switzerland
Confidentiality
Article 23 of the Agreement provides that information exchanged by Australia and Switzerland can only be used for the purposes of implementing the Agreement or other purposes under each country's social security laws.
All information received by Australia is subject to the same privacy principles as apply to information obtained under domestic legislation. Information received by Switzerland is similarly subject to the privacy legislation relevant to Switzerland.
