10.21.11.20 Lodgement of Appeals - Agreement with Switzerland

Lodgement of appeals

Appeals, whether for Australian or Swiss benefits may be lodged:

  • in Australia, at any Centrelink office,
  • in Switzerland with the Swiss Compensation Office or the Disability Insurance Office for people living abroad.

Article 27 allows the date on which an appeal is lodged with one Party to be considered as the date the appeal was lodged with the relevant Party.
