10.21.12.20 Termination of the Agreement with Switzerland

Termination of the Agreement

Article 34 provides that the Agreement remains in force for 12 months following the date on which either Australia or Switzerland notifies the other through diplomatic channels that they intend to terminate the Agreement.

Should the Agreement be terminated, it will continue to have effect for existing beneficiaries and people who have lodged claims and were entitled prior to the date it ceases.
