History of the Agreement with Korea


The Agreement between Australia and the Republic of Korea (Korea) was signed on 6 December 2006 and commenced operating on 1 October 2008.

The Agreement with Korea is a formal treaty under international law and is included in the SS(IntAgree)Act as Schedule 21.
