10.23.10.20 Confidentiality - Agreement with Greece
Confidentiality
Article 17 of the Agreement provides that information exchanged by Australia and Greece is confidential and can only be used for the purposes of implementing the Agreement or other purposes under each country's social security laws.
All information received by Australia is subject to the same privacy principles as applies to information obtained under domestic legislation. Information received by Greece is similarly subject to Greek privacy legislation.
