10.29.9.10 Portability & the Agreement with the Slovak Republic

Background

Portability of autonomous payments is covered by domestic legislation. See 7.1.1.

The portability of payments made under the Agreement is covered by Article 5 of the Agreement.

The rate of Australian benefit payable for up to 26 weeks of a temporary departure from, or return to, Australia, is covered by Article 13.
