Totalising for an Estonian benefit

Article 13 of the Agreement covers totalisation to qualify for an Estonian benefit.

Entitlement to an Estonian benefit is subject to a minimum insurance period.

People who do not have the minimum insurance period for an Estonian pension can add periods of Australian working life residence to the Estonian insurance periods to meet the minimum requirement.

Note: In order to use the Agreement to totalise for an Estonian benefit, a person must have Estonian insurance periods of at least one year.
