10.33.9.20 Confidentiality - Agreement with Estonia
Confidentiality
Article 17 of the Agreement provides that information exchanged by Australia and Estonia is confidential and can only be used for the purposes of implementing the Agreement or applicable social security laws.
All information received by Australia is subject to the same privacy principles as applies to information obtained under domestic law. Information received by Estonia is similarly subject to Estonian privacy legislation.
