10.4.3.10 People Covered by the Agreement with Italy

People covered

Article 3 of the Agreement with Italy specifies the people to whom the Agreement applies, that is:

people who are or have been residents of Australia, and/or
people who have been credited with contributions to Italy's social security system, and
people who are a partner, widow or survivor of a person who satisfies the first 2 criteria (where applicable).
