History of the Agreement with Spain


The current Agreement with Spain started on 1 January 2003. The original Agreement between Australia and Spain started on 3 June 1991.

The Agreement with Spain is a formal treaty under international law and is included in the SS(IntAgree)Act as Schedule 5.
