10.6.11.20 Lodgement of Appeals - Agreement with Spain

Lodgement of appeals

Claims, notices or appeal documents, whether for an Australian or Spanish benefit, may be lodged in Australia or Spain.

The date of lodgement of a claim, notice or appeal in Spain is deemed to be the date of lodgement in Australia and vice versa.

Claims, notices or appeals by people paid under the Agreement can be lodged with Centrelink in Australia or with the Competent Institution in Spain.
