10.6.3.10 People Covered by the Agreement with Spain

People covered

Article 3 - Personal Scope - of the Agreement with Spain specifies the people to whom the Agreement applies, that is:

people who are or have been Australian residents,
people who are or have been subject to Spanish legislation relating to the General and Special Schemes of the Social Security system, and
partners, dependents or survivors of people who satisfy the first 2 criteria (where applicable).
