10.7.10.10 Information Which Can Be Exchanged - Agreement with Malta

Information which can be exchanged

Article 14 of the Agreement with Malta allows for information to be exchanged that is necessary for the application of the Agreement or the social security laws of Australia or Malta. This allows for information relevant to the person's eligibility for all payments, including those not covered by the Agreement.
