10.8.10.10 Information Which Can Be Exchanged - Agreement with the Netherlands

Information which can be exchanged

Article 24 of the Agreement with the Netherlands says that Australia and the Netherlands shall exchange information necessary for the effective operation of each country's social security system. This means that the flow of information is quite broad and covers information relevant to the applicant's eligibility for all payments, including those not covered by the Agreement.
