10.9.10.10 Information Which Can be Exchanged - Agreement with Ireland

Information which can be exchanged

Article 18 of the Agreement with Ireland provides that information necessary for the operation can be exchanged between Australia and Ireland. This limits the exchange of information to only that pensioner information that is relevant to people who apply for and are paid benefits under the Agreement.
