11.2.4 Notice requiring an individual be subject to income management under the Cape York initiative

Introduction

The Family Responsibilities Commission (FRC) has responsibility for issuing notices to the delegate requiring that an individual be subject to income management under the Cape York initiative.

A written notice, in an approved form, that requires the individual be subject to income management under SS(Admin)Act section 123UF(1) or section 123UF(2), as applicable, must be provided to the delegate, in an approved form, by the FRC.
