Revoking income management notices

The Family Responsibilities Commission (FRC) may end or revoke an income management notice. The delegate will note the date/s on which the FRC has issued the notice/s requiring that an individual be subject to the income management regime and ensure that they continue to act on the most recent valid notice/s.
