3.6.2.30 Manifest grants & continuing inability to work (DSP)

Summary

The decision to manifestly grant DSP without a JCA is restricted to limited circumstances/medical conditions where the DSP claimant clearly and obviously meets all the qualification criteria in SSAct section 94 (3.6.2.20) and it is recognised that the circumstance or medical condition indicate a manifest CITW (1.1.C.330).
