Current rates

The current maximum rates for SpB are common rates, see Common benefit rates. The rate of SpB is a discretionary rate. However, the rate of SpB cannot exceed the rate of JSP, YA or Austudy that would be payable to the person if they were qualified. For information on the appropriate rate of SpB see
