8.1.5 Claims from recipients with possible entitlement to a CFP
Background
From 20 September 2000 the requirement to claim CFP was extended to non-agreement countries. If a delegate is satisfied that the recipient or the recipient's partner may be entitled to a CFP from any foreign country the recipient or the recipient's partner is now required to take action to obtain the payment.
