1.1.D.60 Debt payment arrangement

Definition

Centrelink may, on behalf of the Commonwealth, enter into a debt payment arrangement with a person who owes a debt. The debt payment arrangement would specify the terms under which the person is to pay the debt, or the outstanding amount of the debt, by part payments.
