Administrative arrangements

The way in which an agreement is administered by Australia and the agreement country is agreed to formally in an Administrative Arrangement. This document does not have 'treaty status' and is not legally binding. It is a record of the procedural arrangements Australia and the agreement country have agreed to follow.

In Australia, all communication between Australia and an agreement country concerning the day-to-day administration of the agreement is directed through Centrelink International Services.
