10.12.3.10 People Covered by the Agreement with Cyprus

People covered

Article 3 of the Agreement with Cyprus specifies the people to whom the agreement applies, i.e. people who:

are, or have been residents of Australia,
have been insured under the Cypriot social insurance scheme, and
are the partner, widow or survivor of people who satisfy the first 2 criteria (where applicable).
