10.13.10.10 Information Which Can Be Exchanged - Agreement with Denmark

Information which can be exchanged

Article 13 of the Agreement with Denmark states that Australia and Denmark can exchange information necessary for the application of the Agreement and for the determination of benefits under the Agreement or the social security laws of either Australia or Denmark. This means the flow of information can be quite broad as it covers people applying under the Agreement as well as those who qualify autonomously.
