10.13.3.20 Benefits Payable under the Agreement with Denmark

Benefits payable

Article 2 of the Agreement with Denmark provides for the Australian and Danish benefits payable under the Agreement.

Australian benefits payable

The Australian benefits covered are:

• age pension,
• disability support pension for the severely disabled, and
• PPS for widowed persons.

Danish benefits payable

The Danish benefits covered are:

• old-age pension,
• Danish Anticipatory pension (equivalent of disability),
• Danish Anticipatory pension (social reasons), and
• ATP pension.

Note: Anticipatory pension for social reasons is not payable to Danish residents in Australia.
