10.16.3.10 People Covered by the Agreement with Chile

People covered

Article 3 of the Agreement with Chile specifies the people to whom the Agreement applies, that is:

people who are or have been residents of Australia or Chile,
people who are or have been subject to the legislation of Chile, and
people who are a partner or survivor of a person who satisfies the first 2 criteria (where applicable).
