10.2.10.20 Confidentiality - Agreement with New Zealand

Confidentiality

Article 18 and Part A of the Schedule also protect the confidentiality of information exchanged. All information exchanged is subject to the same privacy laws as other social security information obtained by either country.

Information matching

Any information matching conducted between Australia and New Zealand must comply with each country's information safeguards.
