10.21.3.10 People Covered by the Agreement with Switzerland

People covered

Article 3 of the Agreement specifies to whom the Agreement applies. That is:

in relation to Australia, people who are or have been residents of Australia, and
in relation to Switzerland:
- people who are nationals of Australia or Switzerland (a Swiss national or an Australian citizen) as well as to their family members and survivors, and
- refugees and stateless persons (including their family members and survivors) who live in either country.
