10.21.3.30 Equality of Treatment - Agreement with Switzerland

Equality of treatment

Article 4 of the Agreement ensures that Australian citizens and their family members and survivors receive equal treatment with Swiss nationals and their family members and survivors when applying for Swiss benefits. It also provides that all people (including former Australian residents) are treated equally by Australia in regard to rights and obligations under Australian legislation.
