10.25.2 Terms Used - Agreement with Finland


This section deals with terms used in the Agreement with Finland.

Defined terms

Article 1 - Definitions - defines key terms used in the Agreement. Some terms are defined because their meaning is different from the definition in domestic legislation. Others are defined because they have specific meanings in Australia and/or the agreement country. Terms not defined have the same meaning they have under the laws of the country applying the Agreement. See for terms defined in agreements.

Once defined, terms are used consistently throughout the text of the Agreement unless an Article specifically states otherwise. It is important to note the meaning of the following words and terms that are defined in the Agreement:
