10.26.9.30 People who Travel to a Third Country - Agreement with Poland

Third country portability

The Agreement provides for payment of Age to people who are residing, or present, in Australia or Poland. Agreement pensioners who leave Australia or Poland to live in a third country (and are no longer considered a resident of Australia or Poland) will cease to qualify under the Agreement once they are no longer present in Australia or Poland.
