10.28.8.30 Australian Working Life Residence - Agreement with the Czech Republic

Australian working life residence

Article 1 of the Agreement defines period of Australian working life residence as that defined in Australian legislation, but does not include periods deemed to be AWLR by virtue of Article 11 of the Agreement. This means that the definition of period of AWLR in SS(IntAgree)Act Part 3, Division 2 applies when calculating the rate of pension payable. AWLR is the period during which they were Australian residents between turning 16 and reaching age pension age.
