Benefits payable

Article 2 of the Agreement relates to the Australian and Indian benefits covered by the Agreement.

Australian benefits

The Australian benefit covered is age pension.

Indian benefits

The Indian benefits covered are:

old age pension and survivors' pension for employed persons, and
permanent total disability pension for employed persons.
