10.5.3.10 People Covered by the Agreement with Canada

People covered

Article 3 - Personal Scope - of the Agreement with Canada specifies the people to whom the Agreement applies. The Agreement applies to:

people who are or have been an Australian resident, and/or
people who are or have been a resident of Canada as defined in the Old Age Security Act, or who have contributed to the Canada Pension Plan.
