10.5.7.20 Embargoes - Agreement with Canada

Embargoes

The Agreement with Canada does not contain embargo provisions. This means any overpayment of Australian benefit following the grant of Canadian benefit cannot be recovered from the arrears of Canadian benefit before it is paid to the pensioner.
