11.1.4.60 Correspondence nominees under income management

Income managed person has a correspondence nominee

A correspondence nominee is appointed under SS(Admin)Act section 123C. If there is no Part 3B payment nominee, but there IS a correspondence nominee, the correspondence nominee is generally able to act in place of, or on behalf of, the principal in the application of income management. This includes, for example, electing that the principal enters into or exits VIM.
