11.3.7.30 Review of decision in relation to meeting priority needs of a person under the Child Protection Measure

Review of decision to take action under SS(Admin)Act Part 3B Division 6 directed to meeting priority needs of a person

Also subject to review is any decision to take an action under the SS(Admin)Act Part 3B, Division 6. Division 6 contains provisions concerning debits from a person's income management account. As the delegate has discretion to make deductions on behalf of a person, if a person does not agree to deductions and allocations, they may request a review. A person can also directly engage with the delegate to re-negotiate their priority needs and allocations at any time.
