11.9.3 Recognised state & territory authorities

Introduction

The Minister has the power to declare that a state or territory authority is a recognised state or territory authority via a legislative instrument for the purposes of income management under SS(Admin)Act section 123TGAA. The Minister may amend or revoke this legislative instrument if necessary.
