12.2.3 Excluded goods & excluded services

Definitions

Excluded goods and excluded services for the enhanced income management regime have the same meaning as in SS(Admin)Act Part 3B (11.1.3.60).

Excluded goods are:

  • alcoholic beverages
  • tobacco products
  • pornographic material, and
  • home brew concentrates and home brew kits.

Excluded services are:

  • gambling services.
