3.2.1.30 Waiting, preclusion & exclusion periods for JSP
Which periods apply to JSP?
The following may apply to people who claim JSP:
- liquid assets test waiting period (3.1.2.20)
- income maintenance period (4.3.4.10)
- seasonal work preclusion period (3.1.7)
- serious failure or unemployment non-payment period (3.11.13.40)
- ordinary waiting period (3.1.2.50)
- newly arrived resident's waiting period (1.1.N.70), AND
- compensation preclusion period (1.1.C.250).
A RapidConnect non-payment period also may apply (3.11.12).
