10 Objections, external reviews, court appeals & applications

Introduction

A parent (1.1.P.10) can seek internal review (known as an objection (1.1.O.10)) of certain decisions made by the Registrar. There are also provisions for external merits review at the ART (1.1.A.40) and judicial review of decisions made under the child support legislation. Applications can also be made to a court for orders about a range of other child support (1.1.C.60) matters.
