4.3.3.20 When an employer has been paid enough to pay PLP

Introduction

An employer (1.1.E.50) has been paid enough to fund an instalment (1.1.I.80) for a person if the total of PPL funding amounts (1.1.P.180) paid to the employer for the person is at least the sum:

  • of the amount of instalments previously paid to the person
  • the amount of the instalment that is payable, and
  • the amount of any earlier instalment/s to be paid to the person on the payday for the instalment.
