6.3.4.50 Deductions from instalments payable to another person

Summary

If the debt is incurred by a person who is a PPL claimant (1.1.P.170) or special PPL claimant (1.1.S.60) for PLP, the debt may be recovered by deductions made to another PPL claimant or special PPL claimant in relation to the same child.

The amount owed by the PPL claimant or special PPL claimant is reduced by the amount that is deducted from the other PPL claimant or special PPL claimant's instalments.
