1.1.L.30 Late starting course (YA, Austudy, PES)

Definition

For the purposes of YA, Austudy, and PES, a late starting course is:

a course of education that
- lasts more than 30 weeks, including vacations, AND
- starts on or after 1 April but before 1 July, or
- starts after 31 July

an articulated short course sequence whose
- length of courses (including vacations) add up to more than 30 weeks, AND
- first course starts on or after 1 April but before 1 July, or
- first course starts after 31 July.
