10.17.10.10 Information Which can be Exchanged - Agreement with Croatia

Information which can be exchanged

Article 19 of the Agreement says that Australia and Croatia can exchange information that is relevant to benefits paid under the Agreement or under the social security laws of each country. This means that the flow of information is quite broad and covers information relevant to the recipient's eligibility for all payments, including those not covered by the Agreement.
