10.17.8.30 Working Life Residence - Agreement with Croatia

Working life residence

The definition of WLR is modified for people claiming a Croatian benefit under the Agreement.

Article 1 of the Agreement defines AWLR as that defined in Australian legislation, but does not include periods deemed to be AWLR in Article 13 of the Agreement. This means the definition in SS(IntAgree)Act section 15 applies when calculating the rate of benefit payable.
