10.2.12.20 Termination of the Agreement with New Zealand

Termination

Article 27 covers what happens should the Agreement terminate. The Agreement remains in force for 12 months following the date on which either Party advises the other through diplomatic channels that they intend to terminate the Agreement.

Should the Agreement be terminated it will continue to apply to those people being paid, or who had lodged a claim and were entitled at that time.
