10.2.3.10 People Covered by the Agreement with New Zealand

People covered

Article 3 - Personal Scope - of the Agreement with New Zealand specifies that the Agreement applies to people who:

are or have been an Australian resident, or
are or have been a New Zealand resident.

The terms 'Australian resident' and 'New Zealand resident' are defined in Article 5.
