10.27.11.20 Confidentiality - Agreement with the Republic of North Macedonia
Confidentiality
Article 20 of the Agreement provides that information exchanged by Australia and the Republic of North Macedonia is confidential and can only be used for the purposes of implementing the Agreement or other purposes under each country's social security laws.
All information received by Australia is subject to the same privacy principles as applies to information obtained under domestic law. Information received by the Republic of North Macedonia is similarly subject to Macedonian privacy legislation.
