10.27.9.10 Portability & the Agreement with the Republic of North Macedonia

Background

Portability of autonomous payments is covered by domestic legislation. See 7.1.1.

The portability of payments made under the Agreement is covered by Article 15 of the Agreement.

The rate of Australian benefit payable for up to 26 weeks of a temporary departure from, or return to, Australia, is covered by Article 12.
